All guests receive fresh, clean glassware, sheets and towels.
Absolutely zero double dipping is the standard for waxing.
All laundry is cleaned with bleach and hot water temperature including a hot-sanitize drying. No two clients will share linens even if related.
All implements and tools are sanitized with an EPA-registered disinfectant.
All staff members use nitrile gloves when touching clients and during cleaning.
Please arrive at the appointed time for the best experience and time to consume your refreshments.
Please do not bring children into studio unless they are being serviced.
Do not take any photos of other guests without permission.
Be sure to use your spa voice when in-studio.
Please be careful when in the studio and spa lounge. Any item that is broken on behalf of negligence by customer will result in an invoice and repayment to recover damaged item. This includes an item broken or damaged by a child as well.
Be sure to shower before your appointment if you are coming to studio right after the gym.
Any arrival after 15 minutes of appointment time or later will result in a reschedule.
Any no-call, no-show will result in loss deposit or $25 fee to reschedule a new appointment.
Please do not bring any guests with you to your appointment unless they are being serviced.
If you have an open rash or legion on the body, you will be referred to see your doctor and your appointment will be rescheduled for later date.
If you are sick or recently recovered from being sick, please let your esthetician know. This includes common cold, flu, fever, shingles, viral infections and UTIs.
